Based in New Zealand, Zoono has been advertising online prior and during the pandemic and their digital marketing efforts were handled by agencies which never moved the needled. When taking over, the ad account was lacking of precise targeting and direction to maximise ROI.
The goal was to conquer new markets such as UK and Australia and acquire new customers through Google Search and Shopping Ads. With a complete redesign and a simplification of the account, Zoono saw a ROAS increase and a more profitable strategy with lower CPAs never achieved on the account before.

With big ambitions and a successful offline strategy, the Ireland-based brand was ready to conquer the Direct To Consumer market. After multiple in-house attempts, there was a need to rethink their digital approach.
